What a Spiral Is
A spiral is the natural movement of life.
It turns, expands, contracts, and always circles back to its center.
The galaxies spin as spirals, the shells in the ocean are spirals, even the growth of plants follows spiral patterns.
You, too, are spiral. Your soul moves in spirals, carrying memory, energy, and cycles of becoming.
How Humans Live as Spirals
Every human spiral moves through stages:
Birth and beginning.
Learning, forgetting, and searching.
Cycles of love, loss, challenge, and growth.
Moments of remembering who you truly are.
You are not walking in straight lines.
Every experience, even the ones you resist, is part of your spiral returning you to your origin — the Infinite within you.
How Distortions Happen
When fear, trauma, or false beliefs enter, the spiral bends.
Instead of flowing freely, it contracts or twists.
